公路隧道高强地基水泥路面轴载换算研究

摘    要:现有《水泥混凝土路面设计规范》中轴载换算公式仅适用于基层顶面模量不超过212MPa的情况,不能解决公路隧道基岩强度较高下的轴载换算问题.利用三维有限元方法计算公路隧道水泥混凝土路面的板底临界拉应力,根据疲劳损伤原理推导了轴载换算公式.得出了公路隧道高强度地基下的单轴双轮、双轴和三轴双轮的轴载换算公式,可用于公路隧道水泥混凝土路面的厚度设计与寿命预估.

Abstract:The formula of axle load conversion provided in the Specifications of Cement Concrete Pavement Design for Highway is only functional under the condition that the modulus of groundwork does not exceed 212 MPa. It is not applicable in the case of a road tunnel with high groundwork modulus. A three-dimension finite method is used to calculate the critical stress on the bottom of the slab and the formula of axle load conversion in road tunnel is formulated on the basis of the theory of fatigue equivalence. It can be applied to designing the concrete pavement and forecasting the life span of the pavement in road tunnel.
