| 摘 要： | 在对集成化供应链绩效的概念及其评价指标体系进行综合研究的基础上，运用财务分析、数量统计等方法对各评价指标进行量化分析，不仅推进了集成化供应链绩效的持续改进，降低了评价体系的应用成本，而且为供应链成员实施联合计划、预测和补货策略提供了决策依据。

| Abstract: | Based on studying the concept of integrated supply chain performance(ISCP) and the structure of ISCP measurement system(ISCPMS),this article will quantitatively analyze the measurement indexes with the help of financial analysis tools and statistics.The research results can not only promote the sustainable improvement of ISCP,decrease the application cost of the system,but provide the members of the supply chain with decision support when they implement collaborative planning,forecasting and replenishment. |
