聚乙二醇制备的透明质酸衍生物流变性研究

摘    要:对聚乙二醇交联制备的透明质酸衍生物材料进行流变性能测试,结合高聚物流变性能机理及聚合物分子结构对试验结果进行分析讨论.测试结果表明,改构后得到的透明质酸衍生物材料属于非牛顿流体,具有高聚物的粘弹性,符合医用生物材料要求.

Abstract:The experimentation results were discussed with a test of the theological properties of hyaluronic acid derivative cross-linked by polyethylene glycol, and a mechanism study of macromolecule theology. The conclusion shows after the structure is changed hyaluronic acid derivative does not belong to Newton liquid, but possesses viscoelastic property, which accords with the requirements of biomaterials.
