摘    要:研究改性滤料过滤除铁过程中水头损失的变化规律,得出水头损失的计算公式,并通过实验进行验证.研究表明,改性滤料过滤除铁过程中水头损失增长规律不同于水的澄清过程,水头损失与进水铁离子质量浓度c0、滤料颗粒的比表面积S0、氢氧化铁沉淀的比阻γ、水的动力粘滞系数μ过滤时间t、滤层中Fe2 的氧化速率常数k0和水的密度ρ有关.

Abstract:In this paper,an investigation on the regularities for the increase of head loss in the process of iron removal through filtration with coated-media is carried out, and a formula for calculating head loss is obtained and verified by the experimental data. It is clear in the formula that head loss is different from that in the common water treatment filter,and is connected with various factors of influent, such as concentration of Fe2 , specific surface area of filter material, specific resistance to filtration of Fe(OH)3 deposit,coefficient of dynamic viscosity of treated water,filtration time,oxidization rate constant for Fe2 in the filter layer,and water density as well.
