桥梁结构颤振稳定的概率性评价

摘    要:在对现有桥梁颤振检验方法简要评述的基础上,提出了以我国抗风设计掼为基础的设计风速效应模型、监界风速抗力模型和颤振稳定极限状态,运用一次二阶矩理论的中心点法和验算点法建立了基于实验加理论方法的桥梁颤振稳定的概率性分析方法,并对上海杨浦大桥和江阴长江大桥进行了颤振稳定的概率性评价。

Abstract:Based on the knowledge of the Wind Resistant Design Guide Book for Highway Bridges of China,this paper presents a probabilistic assessement method for determining the failure probability due to flutter instability of bridges after reviewing the available technical publications.This method includes the limit state function given by the design wind speed and the critical flutter speed and several approaches based on the first order reliability method.The mean point,the design point and its extended approaches have been used in calculating the failure probability of the Shanghai Yangpu Bridge and the Jianyin Yangtse River Bridge..
