| 摘 要： | 将大型复杂项目组织视为一种动态和复杂关联的社会网络,分析了社会学视角和传统视角下项目管理理念的区别;利用社会网络分析(SNA)方法,分析了复杂项目组织的网络模型元素,研究了大型复杂项目组织网络的基本模型和建模方法;通过2010年上海世博会案例实证分析,建立了相应模型,利用Ucinet软件进行了计算分析并与传统正式组织结构模型下的计算进行了比较,给出了组织管理和控制的结论.

| Abstract: | This study treats Large & Complex Project Organization as a dynamic and complex-related social network, analyses the differences of project management concepts from social and traditional perspectives; analyses organization network model factors of Large & Complex Projects by social network analysis (SNA) and studies the related basic models and modeling methods; establishes the related model based on empirical analysis of Expo 2010 Shanghai and gives the conclusion and suggestions on organization management & control in application of UNCINET software for calculation and analysis. |
