| Abstract: | This paper reviews relative research achievements. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and demands of road safety information management system, a general structure is described. Some kernel issues, such as dynamic locating, inquiring modes and data analyses are discussed. Finally, a prototype system is introduced. |
