小尺寸缩比模型车风洞试验及数值验证

摘    要:采用已证明有效性的CFD方法,对小尺寸缩比模型车的风洞试验方案进行设计和验证。将风洞试验数据与数值仿真结果进行相互校核,同时验证了风洞试验和数值仿真的可靠性,并限定了此试验方案的适用范围。基于试验和仿真的结果,比较了四款模型车的气动阻力大小,在揭示其内在机理的基础上,明确了不同造型风格对气动阻力的影响。

Abstract:The wind tunnel test scheme of small size scaled vehicle models was designed and verified by CFD method which validity has been certified. By studying the wind tunnel test data and numerical simulation results, the reliability of the two methods was certained and the application scope of the test scheme was defined. Based on the results of wind tunnel test and CFD, the difference of aerodynamic resistance of the four scaled vehicle models was demonstrated. By revealing the flow mechanism, the influence exerted by different style upon aerodynamic resistance was certained.
