轨迹可控气动地下穿孔机运行机理及轨迹控制

摘    要:介绍了一种和定向钻相比具有明显姝、用于非开挖铺设地下管线的新型设备--轨迹可控气动地下穿孔机(SDH-70),它在原有DH系列气动地下穿孔机基础上对其关键部件进行了技术改造,使得地下穿孔时其运行轨迹不只限于直线,在分析双稳头两种不同受力情况基础上阐述穿 孔机的曲线运行机理,并提出了一种控制其地下方位和运行姿态的可行方法。

Abstract:A new kind of machine-directional pneumatic impact underground puncher(SDH-70),which has obvious advantage in comparison with directional drill,is introduced to no-dig for pipeline installation.The technology of its key-parts has been upgraded much depended on the old DH family pneumatic impact underground puncher,with the result that it can work not just linearly.Furthermore,its curvilinear working principle is explicated through the double stable head's mechanical analysis under two conditions,and a feas able method of controlling orientation and posture is provided.
