碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁防火方法试验研究

摘    要:采用厚型防火涂料对两根碳纤维加固的钢筋混凝土梁进行了不同方法的防火保护.耐火试验结果表明,采用50mm厚防火涂料全截面保护的碳纤维加固梁的耐火极限超过了2.5h,防火涂层中增设钢丝网片对约束防火涂层、防止开裂和脱落效果明显.

Abstract:Two carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) strengthened reinforced concrete(RC)beams insulated with thick-painted fire resistant coating were tested for fire resistance in accordance with the standard fire curve.The experimental results show that the specimen insulated with 50 mm layer of coating can achieve a fire resistance rating of 2.5 hours,and the steel wire mesh embedded in insulated layer can effectively prevent the layer from cracking and dropping under fire.
