| Abstract: | This paper presents the salient features of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) (cell, transmission technique, switching technique, terminal technique) and the BISDN network architecture based on ATM and introduces the application of ATM technique in INFOPORT Engineering. Finally there is a disscussion of how to increase quality of the ATM network. |
