| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the uncertainty of the environment of enterprise knowledge management system (EKMS),the uncertainty of the environment of EKMS is measured.And through the proper matching model,the flexibility of EKMS can be compared with the uncertainty of the environment,so that the flexible configuration for EKMS is marked out and the flexible enterprise knowledge management (EKM) strategy can be implemented. |
