摘    要:供水系统需要大量投资,自来水公司经常面临基础设施的扩建任务,以满足用户需求,应用有效成本分析技术,在需求,成本与供水能力关系的基础上,建立了最优扩建模型来制定计划和确定最优的扩建周期。

Abstract:Water supply systems require large amounts of investment. Water companies often face a requirement of expanding infrastructure capacity to meet demands of new customers. This paper addresses a cost-effectiveness analysis technique. Based on demand-versus-capacity and cost-versus-capacity relationships,an optimal expansion model is developed so that a timetable for planning and optimal expansion period can be obtained for all system components.
