机床切削振动仿真计算的结构动力学模型

摘    要:导出机床结构及自由度等效系统运动微分方程一般形式,分析了应用Runge-Kutta方法求解方程组仿真切削振动的局限,另一方面,对机床结构发展建立了运动积分方程,采用迭代法体现切割过程与机床结构的相互作用,指出利用该模型仿真切削振动的优越性,提出应用数值积分和简单迭代方法求解非线性积分方程组。

Abstract:In this paper,a general formulation of machine tool structure with the differential equations of motion for multi-degree-of- freedom system is derived,and the limitations by evaluating them with the Runge - Kutta - Method to simulate cutting vibration are analysed. On the other hand,a modeling of machine tool structure with integral equations of motion is developed,and the interaction between cutting process and machine tool structure is expressed with iteration. The advantages of this formulation and its evaluating with numeric integration and iteration methods to simulate cutting vibration arc pointed out.
