牵引负荷与车辆振动关系的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验,研究了在不同牵引负荷下车辆的扭转、垂直和纵向振动.确定了牵引负荷与滑转率的关系,并分析了牵引负荷与车辆振动的关系.系统研究了牵引负荷对车辆振动耦合关系的影响规律.证明了在高滑转率条件下,系统将产生自激振动,并分析了产生自激振动的机理.

Abstract:This paper studies the vertical vibration, the horizontal vibration and the torsional vibration at different drawer-pull powers. The relationship between drawer-pull power and slip is confirmed. The relationships between drawer-pull power and vehicle vibrations have been analyzed. The main factors affecting vehicle coupled vibration have been determined by different drawer-pull powers. The existence of self-excited vibration is verified,and mechanism of self-excited vibration is studied.
