摘    要:折射率交错变化的薄膜结构 ,可以作为一维光子晶体来分析 .采用薄膜光学理论 ,分析了光波在该类一维光子晶体中的传播特性 ,探讨了光子晶体膜层的折射率、光学厚度、中心波长等对一维光子晶体光带隙性能的影响 ,从而为一维光子晶体的设计提供参考 .

Abstract:The membrane structure whose refractive index is also distributed periodically can be analyzed as a kind of one-dimensional photonic crystal. In this paper,with the optical principle for membrane,the propagation characteristics of this kind one-dimensional phtonic crystal are studied and the effects on the location and the width of the photonic band-gap caused by the refractive index,optical thickness and the central wavelength of the photonic crystal's component are analyzed. So,one-dimensional photonic crystal can be designed under this guidance.
