生物质固定床气化试验研究

摘    要:根据生物质的气化原理,利用固定床上吸式气化的试验方法,对生物质进行气化研究.搭建一小型气化试验炉,分析采样气,得到气化气的热值.利用实测数据计算法计算各种气化指标,同时研究了炉温、原料特性、燃料层厚度等操作条件对生物质气化的影响.建立了数学模型,对气化过程进行模拟,进一步研究气化炉内部的反应状况.比较模拟计算得出的燃气成分、热值与试验测得的相应数据,验证了上吸式固定床气化方法的可行性.

Abstract:Based on the principle of biomass gasification, the method, updraft gasification in fixed beds, is adopted to study the process of biomass gasification. After setting up a small-scale test gasifier and analyzing sampled gases, the heat value of gasified gas is available. Tested data method is used to calculate gasification criterions, and at the same time, the effects of temperature of gasifier, characteristics of raw materials, thickness of fuel on the biomass gasification are discussed. A mathematical model is established to simulate the process of gasification and study the chemical reaction in the gasification furnace. Ingredients and heat value of simulated gases are compared with corresponding tested data. The feasibility of updraft gasification in fixed beds is verified.
