轿车车身刚度优化方法研究

摘    要:建立了国产某中级轿车车身刚度分析的有限元模型,计算并验证了其静态弯曲特性和扭转特性;结合结构分析软件,推导了板壳结构静态刚度修改灵敏度公式,进而进行了轿车车身扭转挠度关于各零件板厚度的灵敏度计算分析,为轿车车身刚度优化设计提供了依据.

Abstract:In this paper,a finite element method(FEM) model of stiffness analysis of a domestic car body is set up.An analysis followed by a test is made of the characteristics of static bending and torsion stiffness of this car body.The static stiffness sensitivity for plate and shell structure is studied with current structural analysis software.And the sensitivity analysis of torsion deflection about the thickness of shell components of car body is carried out with this formula,laying a foundation for optimum design of car body stiffness.
