可重组制造系统及其关键技术

摘    要:分析了多品种、变批量的生产方式对制造系统的要求,对适应这一发展趋势的可重组制造系统(reconfigurable manufacturing system,RMS)的特性和组成进行了描述,提出了可重组制造系统的结构和设计原则,将可重组制造系统的关键技术归纳为布局规划与优化技术、系统建模技术、可重组机床设计技术、模块化控制器技术、可拼接物流技术、构件集成和整合技术,以及系统快速可诊断技术并分别予以阐述.

Abstract:Multi-specification and varied-batch of modern production request a quick change and integration of production system.A reconfigurable manufacturing system(RMS) is designed for rapid adjustment of production capacity and functionality in response to new market conditions.After a detailed introduction of the characteristics and structure of RMS,aspects of the high-technological requirements are discussed.Moreover,all the issues related to key techniques of RMS are explaineds,including configurably planned layout and optimization,system model technology,reconfigurable machine tool design,modularized controller design,stitching material flow technology,interface configuration principle and system quick diagnosis technology.
