| 摘 要： | 以16V280ZJA型柴油机钢顶球铁裙组合活塞为对象，建立了活塞钢顶－球铁裙－连续螺钉－活塞销四体接触计算模型，采用该模型对组合活塞在预紧工况、最大惯性力工况、最大气体爆发压力工况下进行了三维有限元分析，根据Von-Mises屈服条件对活塞疲劳强度进行分析，计算结果与该活塞在预紧工况与最大压缩工况下的应力应变实验结果进行了对比，以确定活塞受力薄弱环节，从而改进组合活塞的结构设计。

| Abstract: | In this paper,to study the composite piston with the steel crown and the nodular cast iron skirt of 16V 280ZJA diesel engine,four-body contact model of steel-crown-the nodular cast-iron skirt-piston pin-connecting bolt was constructed.The thesis calculated 3D finite-element displacement and stress of composite piston in the load case of the assembly forces,the load case of the maximum inertia force and the load case of the maximum gas force,and analysed the fatigue strength of composite piston according to Von-Mises yield condition.It compares the results of the calculation with the experiment results,the writers delermined the most weak districts of the composite piston,and improved the structrue design of the composite piston. |
