浦东地区天然气转换技术方案的研究

提出浦东地区天然气转换的技术方案，从气源点起由近及远，分为６个５万户左右的小区，由高压至低压逐级转换，一年内完成．在输配管网转换中，根据现状近期采用不同级制过渡，可节省投资加快进程，最终再实现高中压二级输配系统．采用天然气直接置换人工煤气，当放散点取样煤气中ＣＯ≤１．０％时为合格．

Study of Transition for Natural Gas in Pudong Area

A plan of transition for natural gas in Pudong Area is presented. The transition is carried out from the high pressure gas netWork to the low pressure one, and from the natural gas source to the whole gas-supplied area which is divided into 6 sectors possessing 50 thousand gas users. The transition should be finished in one year. In order tO save investment and speed up the transition, a way of applying different gas transfer pressure systems at present and applying only high-middle pressure system finally in the future is taken according to real situation. When the manufactured gas in existing network is replaced with natural gas directly, the replacement doesn't finish until the CO content of gas sampled form the netWork to be transited comes to under 1 %.
