柔性耦合轮对转向架的径向原理和稳定性分析

摘    要:高速和轻型铰接式车辆采用柔性耦合轮对转向架具有快速连挂、易于分解和检修等优点 .在建立柔性耦合轮对转向架的车组模型基础上 ,分析了其径向原理和运行稳定性 ,与传统构架式转向架的铰接车辆和独立式车辆的动力学性能进行了比较 .在选择合适的耦合和悬挂系统参数条件下 ,采用柔性耦合轮对转向架的铰接车组具有良好的运行稳定性和较高的蛇行临界速度 ,中间的耦合轮对可以实现几乎纯径向的曲线通过 .

Abstract:A new concept of flexible coupled single-axle running gear can be used in high speed and light articulated vehicles to get the capabilities of linking, decoupled and individually shunted for maintenance purposes of train, based on the dynamic analysis model of flexible coupled single-axle running gear. The radial curve negotiation principle and running stability are studied.The theoria and parameter studies indicate that the flexible coupled single-axle running gear can almost in radial negotiate a small radius curve. Under the optimum coupling yaw and lateral stiffness between axles, this structure not only improves the running characteristics in curve but also increases the stability in straight line.
