摘    要:利用Welas-2000气溶胶粒径谱仪,通过雾化效果对比实验分别探讨了气液比、喷雾溶液的动力粘度、表面张力等物理性质以及压缩空气的压力、速度、密度等参数对发生气溶胶浓度、粒径分布及其分散度的影响,通过理论分析计算,验证了实验得到的雾化液滴Sauter平均直径及其粒径分布的经验公式.

Abstract:A series of experiments based on aerosol spectrometer Welas 2000 were carried out to study the aerosol characteristics. An investigation was made into the influence of the factors such as gas liquid mass flow rate, dynamic viscosity, surface tension of spray solution and the pressure, velocity, and density of compressed air on the aerosol concentration, size distribution and its dispersion. The empirical formulae for calculating the Sauter mean diameter and size distribution of atomization droplet were developed and validated.
