轿车后车门刚度的有限元分析与测量

摘    要:通过对上海大众Santana2000型轿车后车门事的变形进行研究,应用有限元法获得了后车门在标准装配条件下的位移,应力分布规律,有而为车门装配过程薄弱环节的检测提供了依据。同时也为车门刚度的进一步完善设计和轿车装配质量的进一步提高提供了一种新方向。

Abstract:By studying the distortion of the Santana 2000's rear-door during the standald assembly using finite ele- ment method, the rules of its displacement and shes were found in ibis Paper. Then foe essential palrameters wereprovided for the measurement of the weak mp of the side door. At the same bine, a new direction to improve the de-sign of the side door fare and study the quality conbol in the pcness of automobile assembly was also put forward.
