空气热湿处理的不可逆热力学分析及Le研究

摘    要:对空调中典型工况下空气处理过程进行了不可逆热动力学分析;在此基础上,建立能反映实际传递不可逆热动力学5的理论模型;利用实验测出的空气和水膜温度沿板长方向的分布,导出基本方程组中所需的状态参数和相关热力参数,通过对理论模型的数值积分,得到Lewis数取值在0.1-1.5范围内对热湿交换过程计算精度的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, the typical cases of air treatment in air conditioning engineering are analyzed based on thenon - irreversible thermodynamic theory. A new mathematics model is presented to indicate the transport phenomena ofthe cases. The temperature distribution of air flow and water film, along the length of plate, are experimentally ob- tained and the other thermodynamic parameters are predicted by means of that results. The influences on the calculating precision of the cases are analyzed in the Lewis number range of 0.1~1.5 by numerical integral to the mathematical model.
