抗磨液压油抗磨性能分析与模糊评价研究

摘    要:通过对高压叶片泵和柱塞泵摩擦副磨损元件的磨损机理、摩擦副形貌、颜色、失重等诸方面的测试和分析研究,提出了抗磨液压油台架试验中靡擦副磨损的多评价目标的模糊评价方法,建立了对摩擦副磨损的模糊评价目标进行定量化处理的数学模型,并从评价目标的加权、评价分级、隶属度大小的确定等方面对不同试验油品进行了综合评价。这对促进我国抗磨液压油应用技术研究具有很深远的现实意义。

Abstract:This paper deals with present situations at home and abroad about the evaluation of high-pressure friction pair in bench test of attrition resistant hydraulic oils; and, through testing and studying the mechanism of attrition, aspects of friction pair, color, and weight loss of the worn friction pair components in the high-pressure vane/plunger pump, a method of multi-object fuzzy evaluation is suggested for the problem of friction pair attrition in the bench test of attrition resistant hydraulic oil. An analytic model is established for quantitative treatment of the fuzzy evaluation objects in the problem of friction pair attrition; and an overall evaluation is given for different kinds of oils in various respects such as weighting of the evaluation object classification of evaluations, determination of degree of attributiveness, etc. This will be greatly significant to the promotion of research work on the applied technology of attrition resistant hydraulic oil of our country.
