TiO2凝胶形成的动力学研究

摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2凝胶,并通过测量体系吸光度研究体系中各组分配比等因素对凝胶反应的影响规律,并由此建立反应动力学模型,求得相应的反应速率常数及表观活化能。通过对反应动力学规律的分析提出了TiO2凝胶形成的动力学机理,并验证所得的反应动力学模型。

Abstract:The TiO 2 gels were prepared by tetrabutyl titanate as parent, with sol-gel process. Through measuring the absorbance value of the system, the efects of species concentration to the gelling reaction were investigated, and thereby, a fit reaction kinetic model was established as the proper reaction rate constant and the apparent activation energy were estimated. By means of the analysis of reaction kinetic results, the mechanism of the formation of TiO 2 was suggested and the obtained kinetic model was validated.
