摘    要:根据实际工程中遇到的许多诸如设计过程繁杂等问题,提出了机械产品的快速智能化设计技术方法.该方法主要使用Visual C+ +通过SolidWorks软件提供的API(application programming interface)数库,对其进行二次开发,将工程设计过程程序化、模块化和智能化.通过对该方法的研究与实践,证明其不仅可以提高企业产品设计的快速响应能力,而且可以大大地减轻设计人员的工作量,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本,增加企业竞争力,具有市场价值.该方法适用于对象相对固定、结构变化小的产品的设计过程.

Abstract:A new method of rapid intellectual design of mechanical products is proposed in the paper to solve the problems such as fussy design and so on.With this method,SolidWorks is redeveloped on the basis of SolidWorks API by Visual C ,and the engineering design is programmed,modularized and intelligentized.This new method can not only improve enterprises' rapid feedback abilities,but also save the designer's time and cost;as a result,the enterprises' competition ability is enhanced.The proposed method can be applied to the design of the mechanical objects of similar structures with few changes.
