焊接结构系统的疲劳可靠性分析

摘    要:针对工程中常见的焊接结构,建立了一套完整的系统疲劳可靠性评价方法,包括主要失效模式识别,综合失效概率计算.提出了实现结构失效状态转移的间隙元法,在失效的节点间建立间隙元,用接触有限元模拟焊缝开裂面的受力状态,判断起裂源数量和开裂方向.考虑结构的疲劳损伤累积,运用全局疲劳寿命分枝约界法进行结构失效路径搜寻,用点估计法和区间估计法计算结构系统的失效概率.对100 t-22 m龙门起重机主梁焊接结构进行了分析,找出8条主要失效裂纹,并计算了系统的失效概率.

Abstract:With a view of system the fatigue reliability analysis method for welding structure was constructed.The main failure modes of the system were identified and the system failure probability was calculated.The gap element method was proposed according to the characters of the welding structure to realize the transformation of the structure when welding seams craze.Gap elements were constructed between the cracking surfaces.The contact finite element method was used to simulate the structure and find the source number and direction of the crack.The global fatigue life branch-and-bound method was used to enumerate the significant fatigue failure modes with the damage accumulation considered.The system fatigue failure probability was calculated by the point estimation method and interval estimation method.The welding structure of the main beam of 100 t-22 m gantry crane was analyzed.Eight welding seam cracks were found and the fatigue failure probability of the system was calculated.
