摘    要:提出了复方新诺明(抗菌优)中磺胺甲基异恶唑(SMZ)和甲氧苄胺嘧啶(TMP)回归正交设计分光光度法同时测定的新方法.该法利用TMP在二氧六环中E2带的增色效应和紫移作用以及UV-265光度计的指令链功能,达到灵敏、准确、快速的目的.

Abstract:A new method of regressive orthogonal designing spectrophotometry has been developed forthe simultaneous determination of sulfamethoxazoltlm (SMZ) and trimethoprim (TMP) containedin tabellae sulfamethoxazoli composite. The method makes use of the hyperchromic effect andblue shift effect of E2-band and the B-band of TMP,which reduces the oveslap between the TMPE2-band and the B-band of SMZ in 1, 4-dioxane. Its sensitivity,accuracy,and speed of determination are improved.
