内蒙古库布齐沙带东段油蒿固定沙丘土壤微生物数量的垂直分布研究

Vertical Distributions in Number of Soil Microorganism in Stabilized Sand Dune with Artemisia ordosica in the Hobq of NeiMongol

Studied on vertical distribution in number of soil microorganism in the stabilized sand dune with Artemisia ordosica,Hobq of NeiMongol,China.1) The order of vertical distribution in \{number\} of aerophile bacteria and fungi were bioligcal crust (0~0.5 cm)>0.5~10 cm>30~40 cm>60~70 cm;Their number ratio between the stabilized and flowing sand dunes in 0~10 cm were 13.7 and 15.2;2) Number order of spore forming bacteria and actinomyces were 0.5~10 cm>30~40 cm>0~0.5 cm>60~70 cm;The ratio were 12.2 and 19.3;3) Number order of anaerophile bacteria was 0.5~10 cm>0~0.5 cm>30~40 cm>60~70 cm;The ratio was 12.2.The results show:there was closely related between number distribution of soil microorganism and development of the stabilized sand dune.
