| Abstract: | RNA interference(RNAi) is a regulation mechanism widely existing in eukaryoteic creature.The functional mechanism and biological characteristics of RNAi were introduced,and the new advances and application of RNAi on some research fields in genomics:gene function research,genome immunity system,human diseases gene therapy,prevention and cure of aquiculture diseases were reviewed. |
