摘    要:对全寄生种子植物锁阳的寄生生物学特性及其人工繁殖课题进行了深入探讨.发现锁阳具有同某些全寄生、半寄生和非寄生种子植物所不同的独特的寄生生物学特性.这些特性,对于上述类型种子植物的胚胎发育、种子结构、种子休眠以及萌发、生长发育等系统发育过程的比较研究,可提供有价值的信息;对其进行人工繁殖研究,对资源再生、保护及合理开发利用都具重要的现实意义;它的人工繁殖成功与否关键在于深入了解其种子萌发条件和如何提高萌发率.

Abstract:The parasitic biological characteristics and artificial propagation of Cynomorium songaricum which is a holoparasitic seed plant were studied in the paper.Some specific parasitic characteristics of C.songaricum differ from that of other holoparasitic plant,half parasitic and non parasitic seed plant.These characteristic provide the valuable information for comparative study on embryological development,seed structure,seed dormancy and germination,growth and systematic development of these plants and have important significance on the study of the artificial propagation,regeneration,protection and utilization of the resource.Understanding of the seed germination condition and increasing germination rate is the key to the artifical propagation.
