| 摘 要： | 成年小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞可从尾部取材用组织块培养法进行原代培养,添加血清的M 199(E arle′s)和低糖的DM EM均能较好的满足原代细胞的生长.两种培养液中细胞增殖的速度无明显差异.用0.25%胰蛋白酶消化小鼠尾尖原代培养物,上皮细胞与成纤维细胞有明显的敏感度差别.经控温控时消化传代,可将上皮细胞与成纤维细胞分离纯化.

| Abstract: | Explant primary culture of the tissue,which was cut from the tail of mouse,can be used to produce skin fibroblast cells.The cells grew well in both medium M199 and DMEM,and the cells proliferations are not different between cultured in M199 and cultured in DMEM(P>(0.05)).The epithelium cells and fibroblast cells in primary culture have different sensitivity to trypsin,so that they can be separated by trypsin under the control of time and temperature when they were passaged. |
