天然植物脓疮草中黄酮类有效成分提取与分离的研究(一)

摘    要:将脓疮草晾干粉碎后,依次用石油醚、乙醚、70%乙醇水浴加热迥流提取,后两种提取液浓缩后,用乙酸乙酯萃取,经聚酰胺柱层析分离,薄层层析及紫外光谱检查,证明70%乙醇提取液的上清液中含六种黄酮类化合物。

Abstract:The powder of Panzerina was dissolved in Ether and 70% EtOHrespectively,and heated under back flow in water bath.The extracts of Ether and 70% EtOH were filtered while they were hot and insoluble substances were removed,then the extracts were concentrated under reduced pressure,extracted by repeatedly shaking with ethyl acetate,and evaporated to dryness.The residue was dissolved in MeOH and subjected to TLC.In order to find proper reagent of development the sample was studied on the polyamide thin film chromatography.The result has shown that the best reagent of development is MeOH-water(4∶1).Then compounding different proportion of MeOH-water eluants conduct elution on polyamide powder column chromatography to separate flavonoids constituents.From analysis of the elutriant we maintain that Panzerina contains at least four kinds of flavonoids effective constituents.
