香龙血树和紫铁的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘    要:香龙血树(Dracaena fragrans Ker-Gawl.)带腋茎茎段接种到MS+BA 5mg/L(单位下同)+IAA0.2培养基中诱导形成愈伤组织并在愈伤组织上发生不定芽的分化。紫铁(Cordy-line fruticosa var.“Compacta”)顶芽接种到MS+BA2的培养基中可被大量扩增。两种植物的诱导芽接种到MS+IAA0.2-0.4的培养基中,可直接发生不定根,所形成的试管苗移植后,生长正常,成活率90%-100%。

Abstract:When stem segment with axillary bud of Dracaena fragrans Ker Gawl. was cultured on the medium of MS+BA 5 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,callus formed and then adventitious bud differentiated from the callus.Also,the terminal bud of Cordyline fruticosa "compacta" was amplified in large number on the medium of MS+BA 2 mg/L.The induced bud of both plants could be induced to differentiate adventitious root on midium of MS+IAA 0.2~0.4 mg/L.The strong whole plantlets grew healthily after transplantation into the flower pot and 90%~100% survival rate could be got.
