| 摘 要： | 采用紫外-可见分光光度法和RP-HPLC法分别测定复方有效部位中总黄酮和高良姜素的含量,并对结果进行统计学分析.研究蒙药复方述达格-4不同药味组合中总黄酮和高良姜素含量的关系.结果:全方组有效部位中总黄酮、高良姜素含量最高；高紫石组有效部位中总黄酮和高良姜素含量最低(p＜0.05).蒙药复方述达格-4不同配伍总黄酮和高良姜素含量具有显著性差异(p＜0.05).

| Abstract: | Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,UV-Vis and reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography,RP-HPLC were used to determine contents of total flavonoids and galangin in decoction of different combinations of shudage-4 Mongolian medicine compound respectively.Results showed that the highest contents of total flavonoid and galangin were both in the whole group,and the lowest contents of them were both in the gaozishi group(p<0.05).There were a significant difference in contents of total flavonoids and galangin of different combinations of shudage-4 Mongolian medicine compound(p<0.05). |
