锁阳(Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.)与莜麦(Avena chinensis Metag.)种子萌发过程中内源激素动态的比较研究

摘    要:为了探索全寄生植物锁阳种子萌发与吸器形成与内源激素之间的关系,我们对不同萌发期种子内源自由态激素GA3、ABA、IAA、iPAs和ZRs进行了定量测定,并与不同萌发期莜麦种子内源激素动态进行比较,结果表明:锁阳种子萌发过程中IAA、iPAs ZRs以及ZRs都有所增加,而ABA明显下降,莜麦种子萌发过程中GA3启动萌发的作用较锁阳明显,而ABA、IAA、iPAs ZRs均呈下降趋势。

Abstract:In order to investigate the relationship between seed germination and haustorium initiation of holo parasitic plant Cynomorium songaricum and endogenous hormones, the content of free endogenous hormones were examined including Gibberellin A 3 (GA 3)?Abscisic acid (ABA)?Auxin (IAA)?Isopentenyladenosine (iPAs) and Zeatin riboside(ZRs) for different courses of seed germination, and then compared with that of seed germination of Avena chinensis Metag.The result shows that the content of IAA and iPAs ZRs both increased, while the content of ABA obviously decreased during the seed germination and haustorium initiation of Cynomorium songaricum. The function of GA 3 during seed germination of Avena chinensis Metag.Is more prominent for initiating germination than Cynomorium Songaricum, and the content of ABA?IAA and iPAs ZRs all decreased.
