两种相变材料储能石膏板的实验研究

摘    要:分别以硬脂酸丁酯和相变石蜡为相变材料,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,石膏板为载体,通过直接加入法制备相变储能石膏板.通过差示扫描量热仪分析不同相变储能石膏板的相变温度和相变焓,研究和比较了它们与普通石膏板的隔热保温性能、耐久性能和吸水性能.相变石蜡的储能石膏板相变温度接近于夏季室内舒适温度26℃,相变硬脂酸丁酯的储能石膏板相变温度接近于冬季室内舒适温度21℃.由直接法制备的含22%相变材料的两种相变储能石膏板其储能能力是普通石膏板的10倍,耐久性能优越,吸水性能是普通石膏板的1/3,有利于高湿环境的使用.

Abstract:Two kinds of phase-change energy-storing gypsum wallboards were produced by directly incorporating commercial grade butyl stearate(BS) or phase-change paraffin with poly vinyl alcohol(PVA) as dispersing agents during the process of conventional gypsum board production.Differential scanning calorimeter was applied to analyze phase-change temperature and enthalpy.Heat insulation and preservation,durability and water absorption of these gypsum wallboards were studied and compared with plain wallboards.The phase-change temperature of the wallboards containing phase-change paraffin was closed to 26 ℃ that was comfortable for people in summer.Meanwhile,The phase-change temperature of the wallboards containing butyl stearate(BS) was closed to 21 ℃ that was comfortable for people in winter.The energy storing wallboard by the direct incorporation of 22% butyl stearate(BS) or phase-change paraffin has a ten-fold increase in capacity for the storage and discharge of heat when compared with gypsum wallboard alone,and has good durability.The water absorption test demonstrates that both products absorb less than 1/3 as much water as plain wallboard does and are,therefore,a potential candidate for use in humid environments.
