混合动力液压挖掘机能量回收系统仿真研究

摘    要:混合动力在工程机械的应用是当前的研究热点,为了研究混合动力挖掘机执行机构能量回收的动态过程,用多体动力学软件Recurdyn建立逼真的液压挖掘机工作装置模型,用Simulink建立了液压回路能量回收系统中马达、发电机、动力电池模型,对动臂和斗杆势能的回收过程进行了研究.分析了动臂油缸、斗杆油缸在能量回收过程马达转速变化规律及负载电磁转矩变化规律,并对能量回收效率进行了分析.为混合动力在挖掘机的技术提升方面提供可靠依据.
