麦草碱-蒽醌法蒸煮过程预测数学模型

摘    要:本文给出麦草碱—蒽醌法蒸煮过程的预测数学模型。首先确定初始阶段的活化能为16000cal/mol。在此基础之上,建立包括原料质量在内的数学模型。模型的分析指出,麦草蒸煮控制的必要条件是碱比必须控制在某一临界值之上,当满足一定条件时,麦草碱—蒽醌法蒸煮脱木素反应也可用二级反应动力学方程描述。


THE PREDICTIVE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE SODA-AQ PULPING PROCESS OF WHEAT STRAW
Abstract:In this paper, a predictive mathematical model of the soda-AQ pulping process of wheat straw was given. The activation energy of the initial stage was determined as 16000 cal/mol. Based on the result, a model was established, in which the straw quality was considered as an affecting factor. The study of this model indicated that essential condition for wheat straw pulping control was that the ratio of alkali to straw must be higher than a critical value. It was also found that the second order reaction dynamic equation could be used to describe the delignification under a specified condition.
