摘    要:概述在收购、储运环节影响粮食质量安全的因素,有针对性的探讨一些关键因素的控制对策.影响因素包括新收获粮食干燥条件的限制、收购现场检验能力的限制、储粮技术应用不当、违规使用空仓杀虫剂、实仓熏蒸、租赁仓库交叉污染、物流运输环节无通风措施等;控制对策包括大力推广农业标准化生产、积极发展绿色储粮技术、倡导建立散粮多式联运综合运输一体化模式、构建粮食质量安全追溯体系.

Abstract:This paper outlines some of the factors affecting grain quality and safety during the acquisition and storage & transport processes and explored some of the control measures. The factors include the drying conditions about harvested grain, the detection capabilities at the acquisitions site, the improper application to grain storage technology, the illegal use of pesticides, the cross-contamination in the leasing warehouse, and no ventilation measures in the transport. Control measures are as follows: promotion of agricultural standardization in the grain production process, the development of green grain storage technology, the establishment of an integrated transport to bulk grain intermodal integration model, constructing the grain quality, and safety of the traceability system.
