光合细菌处理豆制品废水影响因素的探讨

摘    要:利用含有沼泽红假单胞菌 (Rhodopseudomonas Palustris)等的光合细菌 ,处理豆制品废水并对影响因素进行了初步研究 ,得出最佳处理工艺条件为 :好氧黑暗培养 ;p H值为 8;接种量为 70 %和较高的废水浓度 (CODcr值为 12 g/ L左右 )。在此条件下用光合细菌处理豆制品废水 72 h,其 CODcr去除率为 84.0 %。

Abstract:A primary study on factors affecting the treatment of soybean wastewater using photosynthetic bacteria which contains Rhodopseudomonas palustris and others was conducted. The optimal operating conditions were selected as follows: aerobically in darkness, pH=8, bacteric concentration 70% and higher concentration of wastewater(COD cr ≈12 g/L). Under these conditions the COD cr reduction reached 84 0% for treatment in 72 h.
