| 摘 要： | 为了有效解决ERP和CRM各自的缺陷,使企业内部资源调配与外部交易过程协同运作,ERP和CRM应该进行整合.主要通过功能模块的整合、组织结构的重构、业务流程的梳理和技术上的集成等途径来实现.ERP和CRM的整合,使数据仓库和数据挖掘技术的应用更为有效,从而使决策支持系统得以优化.这种整合最终能够在改进企业业务流程的同时,帮助企业更好地进行客户服务,提高整体工作效率,赢得竞争优势.

| Abstract: | To complement the limitations of ERP and CRM, we should integrate ERP with CRM. So the inside resource planning would match the exterior trading. The modes included modules integration, the organization recombine, the operation carding and the technique integration. Also, the integration made DW and DM effect optimized. Finally the integration improved on the operation flow, changed the customer services, and advanced the whole work efficiency to win the competition advantage. |
