基于物联网的食品安全监理模型研究

利用物联网技术,从食品生产过程的角度出发,构建出一个食品安全监理模型,针对食品在生产过程中所产生的对人体生命安全产生危害作用的有毒物质进行检测监督,并对引起食品产生不安全因素的风险可能性及其风险损害度进行综合评估.通过对此模型的建模分析,形成一个有效的食品安全监理机制,期望能将食品安全隐患降至最低以保障食品的安全供应.
