摘    要:木聚糖酶在食品、饲料、造纸等领域具有重要的应用价值,而生产成本是决定微生物木聚糖酶能否实现工业应用的关键因素之一.木质纤维原料富含木聚糖,许多能够利用廉价的木质纤维原料诱导产生木聚糖酶的微生物得到了分离,有效地降低了酶制剂的生产成本.综述了微生物利用木质纤维原料产木聚糖酶的研究现状,重点关注了微生物木聚糖酶的产生、特性及发展前景.
