轻工食品行业现状及实现可持续发展的科技途径

摘    要:概述了轻工食品行业的现状,对影响轻工食品行业发展的国内外经济环境进行了详细的分析,进而提出了当前轻工食品行业所存在的诸如转化增值能力较低、行业整体技术水平低、装备水平不高、企业规模小、行业集中度不高等问题.并就此提出实施节能减排清洁生产技术,实现生物资源的高效、高值化利用,重视科技发展与科技人才的培养,加大轻工食品科技及人才培养的投入等能够实现轻工食品行业可持续发展的科技途径.

Abstract:The current situation of light and food industry in China was reviewed in this paper.The economic environment at home and broad affecting the development of light and food industry was analyzed in detail.The problems were posed such as low capability of conversion and appreciation,low-level technology of the overall industry,low level of equipment,small scale of enterprise,and low industry concentration.The measures to solve the problems were put forward that implementing technology of energy-saving and exhaust-reducing,achieving the efficient and high-value utilization of the bioresources,emphasizing the education of scientific talent,and enlarging the input of the talent education of light and food industry.
