| Abstract: | He-Luo area centred with Luoyang city was the first region to enter the civilization era,and for several thousands of years in Chinese history He-Luo area occupied the central position of politics, economy, culture and communications.He-Luo culture is the source and nucleus of the Chinese ancient civilization as well as the centre and birthplace of the east ancient civilization. |
