| Abstract: | With a full and accurate statistics and the national economic accounting data,the paper compares,analyzes and estimates the materials by means of the input-output technique and consequently reaches a conclusion that the lower level of industrial demand is the biggest factors restricting the development of tertiary industry in Luoyang,also the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to deal with the problem. |
