| 摘 要： | 推行绩效工资是我国教师薪酬改革举措的重要组成部分.针对高校教师薪酬现状,在确保高校教师薪酬稳定的前提下,提出以岗位和绩效为基础,突出薪酬激励功能的高校教师薪酬体系构建原则,并对该薪酬体系的配套保障措施进行分析.
